- Temp dir now %temp%\PackageThis\ -- Keep our temp files togther for easier manual cleanup
- Added "File > Open Work Dir" for easier debugging
- Wait cursor when Expanding (downloading TOC) or selecting (downloading content) -- (A longish wait at the end of the line in Australia)
- For .MSHC better job at setting the correct image file name.

Patch 1.3.2 - PackageThis.exe only

Patch 1.3.2 - Rob Chandler
- Fixed crashes. Tweaked all exports - CHM, HxS, MSHC.
- HxS now has a compile log file.
- Spaces in file names now OK.
- Splash and Aboutbox. Program Icon. Clean up menus etc.
- Better support for MSHC - Now builds a full TOC and creates files with all Keywords etc.
- Source files no longer buried in cryptic Temp files folder. So errors can found and help repaired.
