The reason for the poor rating is due to the number of unhandled exceptions that were thrown and made the app unusable. I downloaded two different versions, I installed HTML Workshop and tried the .CHMs to no avail. I would have rated it lower but the idea itself is great. However, I tried to make a .CHM file for ISA2006 and its children, I am unable to do that. I see a prompt coming for a fraction of a second and disappear.

Moreover, most of the Menu Links in TOOL, EDIT etc are greyed out.

I can create small (1-2 page) files but cannot create a chm for ISA 2006.

I cannot even load a selction XML.
